Hypothetically: They increase A/S to 350 and issue 50mm new shares to the acquisition target. Enough for new CEO, board of directors maybe etc. Now you have a brand new company with maybe 90mm shares outstanding and 350mm A/S.
That's the kind of share structure that .70 stocks have. If they merge in anything hot like a weed co this thing can easily see .50 with the possible share structure I outlined.
My hunch, this is a reverse merger. CEOn will be stepping down soon, new company coming in. I've seen enough of em to know this is how it goes.
