If you doubt OTC, why not check with your Broker, or Abbatis latest filings. October 8, 2017 is not old for a financial report/disclosures. It was just three months ago.

Fair enough, but I'm not trying to argue that a 3 month time period is acceptable or unacceptable for updated financial disclosures. I'm saying the O/S reported in October is old for the purposes of our latest conversations about valuation, because it's changed significantly since then.

I've done the math based on all PR's and already have an estimate. We'll be over 300 million shares once the latest PP is completed.
