If you look at the Q's and K you will see shares given to IR and various consultants,all of which utilized the 4-2 exemption to free up the shares issued to them.The float has grown,you don't free up shares without them being added to the float.Wolfgang sold his legal 1% and you can bet the different consultants and IR sold theirs.This will run again that you can take to the bank.Know what you own and trade accordingly,I have,do and will.
