Lmao..... someone else gets it. It is his f*ing JOB as the CEO of a publicly traded to company to communicate w/ shareholders and to increase shareholder value. He’s done neither. Read the sticky post. He “specializes” in performing mergers......really? BULLSHIT!!!!!

Regardless of what the Frack apologists on this board say, he was brought in as CEO to perform a R/M here. He hasn’t done his f*ing job.... PERIOD.

It’s time that he is replaced by someone who actually knows how to execute a R/M.
