Mobile hotspots aren't exactly new tech. So what makes this different is it's a wireless router that connects to your home internet service while your at home. And it can also be used as a mobile hotspot. Most hot spots limit the number of devices that can connect to them. The SKiQ will not limit the number of users that can connect to it. These devices will connect everything that is within it range to the internet. This makes power outages less of an issue and allows productivity to remain steady.

The SKiQ will also monitor the smart control switches as well as smart appliances. So it's a portal for A/I controls to connect along with your personal electronics that happens to be both mobile, or stationary. The mobile connection will be through cell towers. Thus needing sims to allow communication with the mobile network.
