Resource Ownership Concept
This is a concept that enables a Town, City or State become a part owner of each of our Solar Farms gaining a much needed additional revenue stream over a twenty year period.
The Resource Ownership concept is a simple one - each local Government take ownership of the Resource (the Sun) within it's boundary. Natcore & PSECC Solar Farms will form a link and possible partnership approach to owning, developing and possibly part funding each Solar Farm.
We have been pioneering solar farm developments in Africa since 2012. Our 20MW solar farm at Simbrofo in Ghana, we have submitted a FiT payment of $0.0886 per KWh and hope to get a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in place by the end of November 2017. A Provisional License was granted and issued on the 20th December 2016. PPA draft issued in November 2017 agreed upon late November and a Sovereign Guarantee (PCOA) requested from the Ministry of Finance in December 2017. Possible Build start date of January / February 2018 & operational October or November 2018.

It is this solar farm in Ghana that we hope to introduce the new Natcore solar cells and new solar panels production in Poland. The new cells will see an increase in power out-put by 10% or more, which off sets the lower FiT payments.
