Monday I posted this going down was inevitable.

I had a feeling this would start happening obviously that's why I was fully out by then.

I really feel bad for the long term shareholders that believe in this company and have invested a lot of money to help support the price.

I would like to know where 10 no million non debt related shares went in that first quarter which was about a $200,000 value approximately and another hundred fifty thousand in mysterious Consulting fees.

Personally I think it's in a slush fund and I still believe that ballast and management get a kick back from the converted shares that is why they're not worried about the measly twenty-five million shares divided among themselves and others on this mysterious board of directors that we don't know about and I can't seem to find them anywhere listed
