(PTNYF) PKG announced a 10M pp at .135 on Jan 9. A done deal, it seems as shares dropped a little early next day only to continue its rise.
Today's close is another example: .38. This was around .17 in early December, more than double in 45 days.
Rumors have it of big news soon. Another board speaks of expansion, etc...
