value, thanks for the compliment. I do not have any experience or knowledge regarding the requirements for holding companies that have one or more subsidiaries. Although I have no idea, what, if anything, PIOE is required to report regarding RCP, one thing I am sure of, is that we will find out sooner or later how much info PIOE is required to release about doings at RCP. I'm also guessing the RCP will continue to file some documents on its own with the SEC, although I am not sure which ones they may be.

Like everything else with this new company, give it some time to unfold and hopefully the wait will be "worth it."
