Feel like a kid at christmas. Given that so little of the float has exchanged hands since the announcement, with volume decreasing as we move toward the proxy release, I'm guessing most investors are being smart and awaiting the proxy rather then trade blindly before knowing the details. Only 40M'ish traded since the announcement. Roughly 4M a day. Not much considering the news. But fantastic to shed traders that would bail before knowing the details. It'll be fun watching the volume increase once the proxy is out and widely digested. Up or down, its all irrelevant to me. Total yes vote for me. Knowledge is power. So much info out there to digest that make this such a no brainer.
