Well, if you read Settlement Agreement which is attached to the 12/15/17 8K it gets worse. They owe or owed several companies— including ETELIX—more than a million dollars, debts taken over by a third party. In my opinion, based on the attached Schedule, I doubt they own Etelix at all based on the debt owed to Etelix, especially since they offer creative excuses but no current financials.
