For gold to be an inflationary loving asset, there must be inflation. As I've mentioned before I look to a SLV:GLD trend to show inflationary pressure. When SLV:GLD points down it favors TLT more than GLD.
So what to do if GLD becomes the queen bee, but silver says it shouldn't be.
I'll put GLD on a very short leash and then run to cash and an alternative investment.
In that case gold would still be the queen bee, but with no bees in her hive.
