Rebuilding the timeline of events. Seems the Duncan Morgan LLC domain and website was registered around Dec 4th according to a Whois.

From a few background checks Duncan and Morgan are Bannor's kids.

Noticed the include inactive officers shows Manager - DUNCAN MORGAN, LLC.

I'm 95% sure this is the reverse merger. I'm also thinking this is his "Baby" (named after his kids). Not a consulting project.

Just trying to figure out what the WH stands for. Also trying to put a value on the following.
Real Estate Development
Triangle Area in NC.
Primarily Raw Land to Custom Construction
Currently building a Premier Retreat/Wedding Venue.
One Stop Shop
Entitlements, Financing, Complete Build.

This is all speculation based on my research and is only my opinion. Trading sub penny stocks can be very risky. However they can also be very rewarding. Lets hope this is the later.
