I think if a new company with limited funds uses dilution to raise capital to build business then dilution is actually good for the shareholders.M ost otc stocks have zero money so dilution doesn't hurt the company at all.They don't have assets so what are they diluting? they can raise funds to build company ,I say dilute away use money wisely build company and we all profit.
