Thanks for having me and as I cant post a lot as I am very busy with the manufacturing of the machines, just happens I was out of office today not feeling well and thought I would spend some time reading...I cant answer any questions about stock or anything like that but I will be happy to answer questions that have to do with the Dispensing System.
I work a lot of hours so if you have questions about the dispensing system I can be reached at 704-718-3158 and I would ask that the questions be only about the machines as I said before as that is what my specialty is.

"What is the purpose of having a verified vending machine dispense products that are being sold off the shelves? CBD products, for example, being sold in the machines in Nipton, Phoenix, and Houghton. I understand it may limit waiting in lines, but is there really a demand?"

The speeding up of lines just like a drive thru in restaurants is always a plus for consumers. Once I educate myself on a certain product then I may not want to wait in line to get service as I dont have any need to interact with a person at this time so I just want to get my products and leave.
This is one benefit of the system and can help also with education as the machine has the ability to display information in video content that can assist in educating someone on a certain product.

The system also acts as another layer of security that paper ids that may be faked can cause.. With the technology in the American Green System today it can aid in the stopping of fake ids or even allowing some friend of a friend to let you in and make a purchase that should not been made.

So I belive the addition of this technology is very much needed and is a great addition to the responsibility of a shop owner to provide the very best protected verified sales they can.

"Second, are the currently placed machines still requiring an account registration and finger scan to receive products even if those products are not regulated? For example, let's say I wanted to buy some CBD cat treats. Do I need to submit my personal information to machine to do so? And if so, wouldn't you agree that it would be easier for me to pick up a bag off the shelf and purchase it? Or dispense the products in a much more affordable vending machine? Then again, you don't really see vending machines inside places that sell the same products off the shelves. "

The system can be set up to do all restricted items or mix and match.
As you said it may be easier for you to pick up a bag and purchase it from the cash register but that is acceptable to the selling of the products by way of false ID's or again people who know people who take a chance and allow minors to purchase even though they should not..

As for the more affordable vending machine please keep in mind every application has a different need and American Green can offer different levels of options and systems to meet those needs. Not one flavor fits all needs so it will be on the needs of the customer and what they want to drive what systems they get from American Green.

"The verified vending machine could be beneficial for distributing marijuana, there's no arguing that. How would you say the current interface and user accessibility fares? In your experience, are there any complications that still need to be fixed? I'm curious as to why the several machines that rolled out back in 2015-2016 to dispensaries in Colorado were either not working or they were sent back to American Green. I've tried checking the ZaZZZNetwork website on the location of the machines that were placed but it looks like that website is no longer operational and has been disconnected."

As with any product it is design idea to prototype to production to redesign to back to prototype to back to production and so on till you get what really works in the area you are trying to use it in. I have been working around production for many years and as much as any manufactures hates redesign it is just part of the process and not all things work the 1st or 2nd or even 3rd time around sometimes but those who stay the course and keep at it when they can, do sometimes make a great product.. As far as zazzzz i was not part of that project and can not speak as to why it may not have worked but do know it was the 1st attempt and what American Green has now is a far better system then the 1st go around...

I am here to assist with questions as it pertains to the machines and systems and nothing else...I am very proud of what is being done in this field and happy to be part of the evolution of an industry that I may contribute to in providing a service and product that I and many more feel is a much needed product to help grow a industry in a responsible way.

I would appreciate any threads to me to be based on machine questions only as I am not involved in Nipton development or the grow facility.
Thanks for the opportunity to address questions on the machines and please let me know how I can assist.
