SEEKING INPUT: Does anybody know, in the penny stock world, specifically for Holdings Companies, how the financials of the subsidiaries reflect on the parent companies' reports? Also-how does the 'acquisition' of an entity through shares impact the flow of cash, other assets, liabilities, expenses, through the parent company's financials? I have a hunch that we are not actually seeing the full dollar picture of all the subs of BLDV on their 10Q reports, but I have no idea if that is required in OTC publicly traded reporting. Looking for any input with some degree of certainty.

Thanks!

IMO Alper knows precisely how much each subsidiary adds to or takes away from the parent "holding" company. Apparently he chooses not to break these out and divulge their performance to shareholders. I suspect the reason is to not incite a shareholder campaign to pressure him to sell/ divest subsidiaries that are a drag on overall performance. I'd be curious to know how the Alper family owned businesses (Betty Bot Bakery, Blue Diamond Consulting, etc) contribute to --or take away from-- BLDV's bottom line.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
