Interesting to note that Advisory boards have no management responsibilities nor liabilites. Often times, those with apparently impressive credentials, agree for some payment arrangment to allow their name to be associated with the company This would appear to give the company credibility. This is a routine play for a company in the midst of a promotion ( in some cases referred to as a pump and dump). What one should in fact be looking at is the management of the company, those with decision making responsibility. In the case of PRED, the is no one with any ability to run a medical company, No one with any medical background whatsoever nor any track record of running any sucessful company. Quite the contrary here. While this promotion has not yet run its course, for those expecting a 20, 30 or 40 dollar share price may be in for a rude awakening. I will quote the famous tag line of that impressive poster Sandman70000......IMO
