Part of your DD no doubt...:

Midland-to-Sealy
The Permian Basin is booming, and Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is capitalizing on that roaring oil production growth through its Midland-to-Sealy Pipeline. Running for 416 miles, the 24-inch diameter crude oil pipeline is currently shipping 300,000 bpd from Enterprise's oil terminal in Midland, Texas (heart of the Permian), to its terminal at Sealy, TX. From there, Enterprise is using the Rancho II pipeline to route those volumes down to its ECHO Terminal. With 1 million barrels of transportation capacity per day, the 88-mile long Rancho II has ample room to move those barrels.

Located in Houston, the ECHO Terminal has access to an enormous amount of domestic refining capacity and also enables shippers to export those crude volumes through both Enterprise's and third-party owned marine terminals. Excluding two 1 million barrel storage tanks owned by Seaway, the ECHO Terminal has 15 above-ground tanks capable of storing 6.4 million barrels of crude. Enterprise Products Partners L.P. owns 100% of the ECHO Terminal and 100% of the Midland-to-Sealy Pipeline.

By the second quarter of 2018, a quarter after its original plan, the new pipeline will ramp up to its full transportation capacity of 450,000 bpd. Enterprise submitted a $6.74 per barrel tariff to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in November. If approved that means this asset should pump out between $1 billion and $1.1 billion in annual revenue for Enterprise Products.
