When I see ticker I'm not familiar with ( BAYP ) I check out their SS first. Company profile says it all. In Sept. 2016 the A/S was 5.5B O/S was 1.75B In Sept. 2017 The A/S is 17B and O/S is 7.2B OUCH JMHO
