New Subsidiary will focus on mining of Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies

(OTC Pink:KGKG), a hemp lifestyle brand focused on product development in the functional beverage sector, has announced its strategy to diversify by creating a new, wholly owned technology focused subsidiary, Bithive Mining, LLC, to aggressively pursue cryptocurrency mining of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Bithive Mining will have dedicated personnel and this new initiative will have no impact on Kona Gold Solution's primary business in the functional beverage sector. The company will bring its first cryptocurrency mining rigs online in the first quarter of 2018, which will operate on a 24/7 basis.
