Yes, sadly I have learned the hard way, twice now with 2 different stocks. This one is truly baffling me. Maybe someone can answer these questions. Why would a company/group of investors go through the hoops to get a ticket changed by FINRA, which is not an easy task especially from a China based company? Why would they file a law suit to try and recover the shares? I want to ask why haven’t they produced one single PR, but if they were awaiting the lawsuit results before announcing any information that may drive the price of the stock up before those shares were recovered would only make sense, if that’s not the case, then why not a single PR even that says “just be patient we will slowly announce our future plans, etc.” 1 PR would take this stock to 10 cents on its own, IMO.


None of this makes sense.
