Ken Maciora IS the reason filings were delayed since February 2016. We're going on two years of Ken Maciora's deliberate efforts to destroy all things MEC. He sued the auditors (and lost) which added a 250% increase in cost. He sued the Stock Transfer Agent (without including MEC as a participant) which required the current action in Sacramento. He sued innocent shareholders (and lost). He is suing the company in Wyoming. It is very possible he fed Charlie A. a bunch of real estate b.s. in an effort to create more conflict. According to MEC's filings, he contacted MEC's sub-licensee UBA, its financiers, and who knows what else.
The Sacramento case has to go to a jury trial unless Maciora settles with the company, which I doubt will happen.
