Welcome rocket man!
You found a great place to beat the averages here at NGL. We have been long and strong for a couple years. jugs is a few miles from the southern border in the dessert and Rio Grande river valley. Had a hard freeze there last week!
I spend a lot if time across the lake in Canada, and have over the last 60 years. In 1965 or 6 a couple of buddies and I water skied across the pond and slept in our 16ft aluminum boat at the dock in Warroad. Went to a movie, and were lucky it was glassy the next day for the ride home to Morson.
