Three questions:

1. R you guys buying up these diluted shares now to get this company near debt free?

2. Has anybody estimated a PTB value considering the $350million injecting here as an asset? What price range would justify the $350million minus the adjustment of amount of shares when done diluting?

3. How close R U guys (the overall consensus) as to when dilution stops? (Are they about done with that as in 'likely' today)?
