ATM usage was nearly exhausted after the 3rd qtr. It does NOT appear they are selling into the market and share count has not moved.

The 21 mil shares were the same shares trading over by computerized trading.

Who will make money on this:

1) Lawyers
2) Computerized traders
3) Shorts. Short number is increasing over the last month.
