Well, they claim that KPMG is the auditor

This post says otherwise:

Good afternoon Mr XXXXXX,

my name is Mohamed Akrouf. I am the business development director for GPGC and also participate in the elaboration of our press releases. Thank you very much for your interest in our company.

While it is certainly our intention to provide audited financial statements as soon as possible to our shareholders, the agreements that were signed with KPMG relate to their tax and infrastructure advisory services.

Of course, we surely see in the near future other collaborations with KPMG, but for the moment our accounting is done both in house and by a local firm.

They use the lame excuse that OTCMarkets doesn't a category for what KPMG is doing for them, so they just said they are their auditor, that's sleazy to the max.
