They write convertible notes and let the note holder sell the shares. It's really just a sneaky way to sell shares.

Not to mention that it undercuts existing shareholders by selling shares at up to a 90 % discount to market.

The scam/toxic lender symbiosis (also know as a death spiral) is an offense to anybody who actually believes it is not just a scam....


....so no harm done????
