andy_e, thanks for asking. 2 reasons KALOD will go lower;

1) Many people who held through the Reverse Split do not have their new shares yet to sell.

2) KALOD has no cash, no revenues and has never proven that they know how to create them, millions in Liabilities that need to be paid, and management that likes to pay themselves handsomely for not accomplishing anything.
