so to summarise our plight.. we invest millions of $$$ in SMME to develop IP and biometric software.. once things are " invented", they somehow become the property of CHAYA , who then sells it back to SMME..

so effectively shareholders fund the development, and then pay massive bonuses to CHAYA ..

brilliant situation for CHAYA..

complete scam for investors.
