The Parano ephemeral key wrapping technique will also enable multiple levels of security
(MLS) within the data structure of a file system. No longer will access to information with
incompatible classifications (i.e., at different security levels), permit access by users with
different security clearances and needs-to-know, expose fidelity of information for which
they lack authorization. Files can now be portion marked with multiple keys to protect
diverse information such as pricing or technical specifications data within a document.
