CDEL, NITE, ETRF and CANT were the ones who used to sell (or short) collateral shares, as I pointed out 6 months ago.

ARCA could be used by any of them to sell shares as well, or they could be ordinary shorters.

VERT, BMAC are known (toxic) dumpers. BMAC usually points to dumpage from China and we haven't seen them for a long time. This is one of the reasons why I think the Asian loan is not the problem.

Now, if I wanted to create an illusion that SIAF is a toxic mess then I would route my orders through VERT (or BMAC). Either because I'm short or because I want to buy back collateral shares cheaply without driving the price up. I already mentioned it's rather suspicious to have them here because there should be no reason for it. So when I see CDEL (which appears to be a retail seller for now) sell 14k to VERT who usually doesn't buy much on the bid, then this is not "normal" VERT activity.

So yes, I think VERT is a shorter who wants to drive the price down (and cover at lower prices). Not a dumper. To put this in simple terms for the people who still don't know what I'm saying, the stock is being manipulated.
