The facts are, since the partnership and the reverse split which took effect on 11-10-2017 ( Day before effective 11/09/2017 0.712 2,000,000)
The share price is down nearly 46% (todays close.3876) The math 71.2-38.76=.3244 . 71.2 = .456%. I expect to see it continue to decline.
I wish the best of luck to everybody, but I would no longer touch this position my-self as I pretty much see the JV partner as a joke also. If they had found a strong JV partner I would feel totally differently.
