Haven't heard when - R/S is rarely good - normally they use the opportunity to dilute again. The fact thet they doubled the AS to 200 million while reducing the OS to 1/5 of 93,934,913 tells me all I need to know -

They will without a doubt dump shares into the market reducing the pps value back to .02 - Some companies have a business plan, others make their living selling shares until they have billions of shares worth .0001 - Seen if enough to know that this is one of the latter -

I had high hopes for this one once - Now it's a daytrade, nothing more. Last time I e-mailed the IR, I didn't even get an answer -

With current values @ .02 ish, the 1:5 split means .10 shares - Reducing debt is a good thing though -
