Yes there is a few of them with TCA but this is the only one with merger sub, inc + it has GNI* and TCA on it. Check this out,

A commonly used merger structure is the “reverse triangular merger.” In a reverse triangular merger, the acquiring company will form a wholly-owned subsidiary company (a “merger sub”).

Maybe I'm wrong.
