Holy shite I just remembered what costs roughly $100k.

An audit of 3 years financials for the purposes of uplist to the OTCQB (between $60-80k) plus the registration fees for OTCQB (approximately 15k).

Could it be? An intent to uplist to OTCQB with official hiring of audit team>???
