$PDXP IMO there is less than ZERO chance the note is not done. I always overestimate and use conservative numbers so that I don't miss it. Its in my best financial interest to do it that way. Absolutely zero chance I was more than $100k off.

This is a new issue of shares for something entirely different for a couple reasons.

1) We had 4 or 5 days with no new shares issued although we did finally see the last batch of conversions on Monday or Tuesday for the note (which matched the total dollar amount I had)

2) These shares were issued intra-day. That is highly unusual because the previous ones were issued the day before on a schedule. The ones today was for a even amount ($100k).

3) Today's share issue for conversion was split into two days (half was completed today and half will occur tomorrow). This does not resemble the end of conversion of pre-existing debt. This usually occurs in small batches.

CEO has voiced intent to uplist. Anybody know what it costs to uplist to OTCQB? Or better yet. NYSE? Certainly would explain the HUGE money that has been pouring into this stock since December irrespective (or seemingly caring nothing about the amount of conversions)

Additionally, given the recent signed LOI for 350 mil in assets, one of the conditions may be a requirement to register with the SEC and become a filer. The last LOI closed in 9 days from original announcement...

Pure speculation of course but I seem to recall initial registration fees with the SEC are quite expensive and right about $100k....

Can anyone confirm?
