You are askinmg ME this question?

I don't have a clue. But it seems strangly similar to the question I have been asking.

Why don't you put that question to the person(s) who authorize forum moderators? I would certainly be interested in reading the answer.

I have a lot of money invested in certain stocks represented in these forums, and I am getting sick and tired of seeing the forum "moderator" continuously bad mouth the stock and the company. They are allowed to use their position as a "bully pulpit". They routinely squash disention by deleting posts containing discenting viewpoints.

SO, Is there any objective criterion for choosing the moderators?

For example, can a four-time felon convicted of stock manipulation be a IHub moderator? Or can the CEO of the company be a moderator? Is there any "fair disclosure" required? Is there a policy statement regarding suitability published on this site? All I see is a desription of the powers bestowed on moderators, in the FAQ.

Over the last several weeks, I have read a constant stream of posts complaining about the actions of certain forum moderators. It seems like the entire issue is just being swept under the carpet.
