INMG Cannanet.tv has certainly been a proof of concept. It works and is bringing together much of all that is Cannabis. However, an ICO that would be tied to a new and improved site would definitely bring some Celebs along with financial muscle. There has been clear understanding on the ICO front given the retweets. I imagine INMG is just looking for the best way to leverage an ICO.
