Good post DallasDude, could not a agree more. We also need DIGAF to put some resources against the verification process or at least clarify for new customers what the hold-ups are. Personally, I've been waiting 3 weeks with promises of 2-3 day turn-arounds (that's with repeated expedite requests to their support desk). I know others who are waiting longer. All the while CoinBase and other sites are scooping up new investors with faster sign-ups...those new traders will be loathe to switch to DigaTrade without a compelling case - basic human nature.
