I would like to think that by taking on the lease of thes two data centers, they know they can fill them with servers. They must already have at least some access to funds.

Taking on the second DC, before starting to fill the first would indicate they expect rapid deployment across BOTH, Q4 filing will be interesting. I also suspect they will PR funding soon after the CE is removed. Im hoping its a settlement with Facebook.
