Here's the story from my broker....

" Because it's such a lightly traded stock, they have to enter it by hand"

Well, it's been lightly traded for years now and I've never seen today's BS ever before

Now to add to that, my 2 buys ( 480k and 250k ) both finally showed up on L2 BUT the pps remains at 0.00


Is there something new in 2018 I'm not aware of? Or this some new kind of manipulation excuse ?
