Yes I concur with you on Herb's communication skills in English. Personally I can understand his message. However you are correct. It can be frustrating to focus on the message when Herb is chewing up the English language. However I am kind of used him and see opportunity in the stock at today's price.

I recently started a long position at $2.50. They are getting their finances in order and have most every ship working. Day Rates are improving and they have every ship working I believe. The NEW builds have been leased out. They were FULLY paid for at delivery and now they are carrying themselves for a few years. I 'think' it is a 3yr contract.. NAT should trade at $4.00-6.00 IMHO.

With financing on these builds I feel that under the circumstances the company is a value play right NOW. Perhaps even a 40% upside. Comments and Opinions welcome.
