More important is affirming the '844 patent. That was the last hurdle to clear before a grand settlement could take place. There are no more big unknowns and they can git er done.

This could also spur more settlements and license deals as there is now finality that the appellate court affirmed the patent. This is their biggest-money patent and has faced the most challenges.
