Seto's Healthcare Division Acquires 2 ENT Practices as a part of its expansion plan to reach 200 clinics in the U.S.

With the acquisition of 2 ENT (ear, nose and throat – otolaryngology) practices, Seto's health division broadens its healthcare offering. Seto's hearing health and hearing aid division is one of the most respected in the Mid-Atlantic region with clinics throughout Maryland and Virginia.?

We maintain a steady path toward our GOAL of 200 CLINICS along the U.S. East Coast. We intend to broaden our healthcare offering to include not only otolaryngology, audiology, and hearing aids but also endocrinology, diabetes management, allergy & asthma, among other health services.


SETO plans to raise $10,000,000 (USD 10 million) as a part of its 2-phased expansion plan, the initial offering consisting of the first allotment of $5 million in 2018.
