UPLISTING??? Does anyone know how many days PHOT has to stay above .01 to be uplifted? How many days has it been so far? Will uplisting have any affect on the stock price?



Uplisting to the OTCQB requires 30 days with a price of .01 or better. PHOT has probably already met that criteria.

Uplisting requires a few other small things too but mainly the CEO has to file the paperwork for it to happen. It does not just happen on its own.

As for the stock price, it has no affect. Nothing changes other than sometimes it brings a little attention to the stock so there can be a price spike, but I have also personally seen stocks uplist only to fall in value when they do so there are no guarantees.

Personally, I would love to see PHOT move to the OTCQB and leave the land of pinks behind.
