Not sure if anyone noticed but BANNOR MACGRAGOR was busy in December. He reinstated LDSI (i believe he had to have controlling shares to do so). I read somewhere to pull off a reverse merger you need to find a controlling share holder and have them transfer the company or make them an offer for their shares. Not sure of the legal details. But if there was 200 million shares maybe he has them...
