Not exactly. Northbridge holds the cards here. They go thru TA and get shares. Says in agreement they do not need 2 notify AMLH.

Now 1 could maybe see a glimmer of hope that a deal was worked out with AMLH and Northbridge behind the scenes. Alpine note even says Northbridge and Alpine I believe were partners/have done dealings with each other. They can hope these note holders would use proper funds 2 push this 2 maximize profits again. Of course, bail when one could I would say.
