So let me see if I understood correctly.

He's learning and developing as CEO. He's admitted and apologized for past mistakes.

As per this quoted above, one guy without a driver's license(read without experience as a CEO of a public company), buys a Porsche with 600 HP(read a public company), and, begins to drive on the roads like any other person with a driver's license(read begins to learn how to run a public company).

As he has no experience not even to drive a Fiat 600 with 50 HP, he is learning on the road. But he is driving a Porsche with 600 HP(read running a public company), and, on the highway he accelerates too much, loses the control of the car, provoking a big accident with several cars involved.

Let's say that 10 people died, and, other 10 were injured(read caused losses of many thousand dollars to dozens of people that trusted him and his lies).

So he committed two crimes. The first is to drive without driver's license. The second is much worse. Here we call it "homicide due to negligence", killing 10 people.

As per the person that wrote the sentence quoted above, he just apologizes to the people that lost their relatives due to the action of a criminal, say that he was just learning and developing, and, he goes home.

Did I understand well???????

Here in Europe, and, I think also on the USA or any civilized country, this guy gets a minimum of 15 years in jail, but, most probably 25 years.

How can someone defend this criminal? Only criminals like the guy, or people without a conscience.

This is what Rossi did and is still doing. Driving a Porsche with 600 HP on the road without a driver's license.

The deaths and injured are we all, the ones that believed his BS and lies.

Rossi, you are a CRIMINAL, I repeat, a CRIMINAL.
