This is in its early beginnings of a ICO (Initial Coin Offering). Many alt coins start this way. Many ICOs take donations and or raise funds, as MOBICOIN is doing. Once a market is created for them with holders all it takes is for the CEO or Esposito to list the coin on BIttrex, Binance or any other exchange. Then advertise from there once the full app is in launch mode.

For example DRGN (Dragonchain) which is a newly released coin with ties to Disney. Had a ICO of .063 and now its worth 4-5 dollars per coin. You do the math there.

Things take time to develop...
