Anyone know the answer to this question:
What happens when a Chinese company sues a US OTC company? 
How and when would shareholders know? 

general knowledge.

If this is a scam...
And the Chinese company making the cars with the Z logos is 'real'...

I suspect the Chinese company would take legal action as soon as possible after the Z logo recently (DEC 29) being protected as a trademark.
